Instructions for use:
Remember start low and build up to find your dose – everyone is different – so spray 1 to 5 times under the tongue and hold for a minimum of 20 seconds, preferably 60 if you can. Each individual spray will give you around 4.5mg of cbd per squirt. The 10ml bottle contain approximately 60 to 66 sprays.
